Sleeping Late
Most people need about 8 to more than 9 hours of sleep each night. The right amount of sleep is essential for anyone who wants to do well on a test, work, and play sports without tripping over their feet. Many activities in our life make our sleeping schedule disorder. We sleep late at night and have to get up early morning to meet our routines during the day. The habit of sleeping late can give many negative impacts to our daily life. Sleeping late is disadvantageous because of three reasons.
If we sleep late, we will wake up late. Because of waking up late, we will come late to school/office. Not only will come late to school/office. Someone who wakes up late because of sleeping late will disorganize his/her schedule too. That situation will happen because he/she start his/her activities late and consequently have to delay all activities following on that day.
If we sleep late, we will not have good stamina. Why does it happen with us if we’re sleeping late? It happen because we need 8 hours to recover our stamina after every daily activity. If we sleep late we only get less time to recover our stamina. Not having good stamina makes us unable to concentrate in doing our activities and makes our responses very slow. It damages our ability to do our best in office/school. Slowed responses and concentration from lack of sleep don't just affect school or office performance, the fact that sleep deprivation slows reaction times can be life threatening for people who drive. The National Highway Safety Traffic Administration estimates that 1,500 people are killed every year in crashes caused by drivers between the ages of 15 and 24 who are simply tired. (More than half of the people who cause crashes because they fall asleep at the wheel are under the age of 26.) Worse stamina makes our mood will bad too. Lack of sleep has been linked to emotional troubles, such as feelings of sadness and depression. So, it’s normal if we look someone who has sleeping late habit will be bad mood and not concentrate with what he/she must do.
If we sleep late, our appearance will not look fresh. We will look not fresh because negative impacts from sleeping late to our appearance are really bad. Our skin will be dry, our eyes will look red, and we will have circle black shadow bellow of our eyes. All of them will happen to our appearance because our skin and our eyes are sensitive.
In summary, sleeping late is not good for us. Sleeping late will give many negative impacts. We will wake up late, not have good stamina, and our appearance will look not attractive. So, it’s not recommended make sleeping late as our habit
